These terms govern your use of the VIROTRAX MOVERZ website https://virotrax.com/ and the services we provide. By using our website or booking a service with us, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

VIROTRAX MOVERZ is a moving, delivery, and pet transport service based in the United Kingdom.

2. Our services

We provide:

  • House and flat moves

  • Same-day and dedicated courier delivery

  • eBay and Facebook Marketplace pickups

  • Rubbish removal

  • Pet transport

  • Business logistics

Service descriptions, coverage areas, and indicative timescales are shown on our website. Exact terms for each job are confirmed in writing (email or WhatsApp) before work begins.

3. Quotes and bookings

Quotes given through the website are estimates based on the information you provide. A final price is confirmed once we have all relevant details (volume, distance, access, special requirements).

  • Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued, unless stated otherwise.

  • A booking is confirmed once you accept the quote in writing and (where applicable) pay any deposit or fee we require.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking where information given is materially inaccurate, where the job cannot be safely completed, or where payment is not received as agreed.

4. Your responsibilities

When booking with us, you confirm that:

  • you are at least 18 years old and entitled to enter into a contract;

  • you are the owner of the items being moved, or have the owner's permission;

  • you have given accurate information about the items, pets, addresses, access, and timing;

  • you will be present (or have nominated someone present) at both pickup and drop-off;

  • any prohibited items (see Section 6) are not included.

5. Pricing and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and inclusive of VAT where applicable.

  • Payment terms (deposit, full payment, payment method) are confirmed at booking.

  • Additional charges may apply for changes to the agreed scope on the day (e.g. extra items, waiting time, parking fees, congestion charges) and will be discussed before being incurred where possible.

  • Late payment may incur reasonable interest and recovery costs as permitted by the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 for business customers.

6. Items we cannot transport

We do not transport:

  • illegal goods of any kind

  • firearms, ammunition, or explosives

  • Hazardous material could be transported as our drivers are ADR Licensed

  • live animals, unless booked as a pet transport service with appropriate arrangements

  • perishable food without prior agreement

  • We have 5M£ good in transit insurance .We can transport goods valued upto 5M£

You are responsible for declaring anything that might fall into these categories. We may refuse to load items at our discretion if they pose a safety, legal, or insurance concern.

7. Cancellations and changes

By you: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the booked time are refundable in full (less any non-refundable third-party costs already incurred). Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a charge of up to 50% of the agreed price. Cancellations within 24 hours, or no-shows, may be charged in full.

  • By us: In the rare event we need to cancel or reschedule, we will give you as much notice as possible and refund any deposit paid, or rearrange at a time that suits you.

8. Liability and insurance

We are fully insured for goods in transit up to the limits stated on our policy. Specific cover details are available on request.

  • Our liability for any loss or damage is limited to the lower of: (a) the cost of repair or replacement of the affected item at its market value at the time of damage, or (b) the limits set out in our insurance policy.

  • We are not liable for: (i) damage to items packed by you that we have not seen or assessed; (ii) damage caused by inherent defects in the items; (iii) consequential losses (e.g. loss of earnings, missed events); (iv) delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control (e.g. traffic, weather, road closures, vehicle breakdown beyond normal maintenance).

  • Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any matter which cannot lawfully be excluded under UK law.

9. Pet transport — additional terms

For pet transport bookings:

  • You confirm your pet is in good health, up to date with vaccinations, and fit to travel.

  • You will provide any required medication, food, and a familiar item if requested.

  • Carriers must be appropriate for the pet's size and species. We can advise or supply carriers where booked.

  • We will treat your pet with care but cannot accept responsibility for pre-existing conditions, illness, or behavioural issues that arise during transport that were not disclosed in advance.

10. Claims

Any claim for loss or damage must be:

  • noted at the time of delivery wherever possible, and

  • submitted to us in writing within 7 days of the delivery date.

This allows us to investigate properly. Claims received after this period may not be considered.

11. Website use

You may use our website for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

  • copy or republish content from our website without our written permission;

  • use the website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it;

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website.

All content, branding, and design on the website is owned by VIROTRAX MOVERZ unless otherwise stated.

12. Complaints

We aim to deliver an excellent service every time, but if something goes wrong, please contact us at [contact email]. We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days and aim to resolve it within 14 days.

If you remain unsatisfied, you may have the right to refer the matter to an Alternative Dispute Resolution body for the moving industry, or to small claims court for matters within its jurisdiction.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. The terms that apply to your booking are the ones in force at the time you make it.
